First impression -Didn't want to take them off... I have both top, bottoms, and outer shell bottoms in the PHG series. Alone next to the truck in 20° +/- windy weather the material is too thin to notice any real thermal reflective properties. However even the thinnest of mid layer and the difference is immediately notable - All told I still got cold, after 4-5hrs in the tree. I'd chalk that up to not springing for the top outer shell, the one I was in being vented at the upper middle back, cheap boots without toe warmers, and a missing layer left at home in the bucket I didn't want to load up that morning.Pros: Comfortable for something that fits as tight as a second skin, noticeable warmth in extreme conditions, and in a pinch I guess you could turn them inside out and run around like Disco Ball intel Pentium dancer.Cons: yet to find any.Bought these for below-freezing tailgating purposes, but did wear them on a blustery day/evening that dropped to around 40. I don't have specific wind chill info, but these were perfect for the conditions. I suspect without the constant wind, these would be sufficient down into the 20s for a four-hour stint, but I won't know for sure until the late December games. Fit was very comfortable under blue jeans and did not interfere with... tailgating duties. Absolutely would buy again. My hubby is curious why someone would need camo-wear long underwear, but this base layer fits well and does the job of keeping the wearer warm! Now that I finally received it.. I almost forgot that I even ordered it! LOL!!! It fits ok. For the price its made significantly more cheaply than competitors. I would recommend spending about the same on Under Armor and getting 2 days shipping. I could get something from China for 8.00 quicker than this.so soThis product is so comfortable, and true to size. you won't want to take these off. definitely recommend this layer by Colombia. These are very warm and comfortable. Washed up well.Keeps u warm!
