This wraps around your forhead with a velcro attached band. The material is a light gauze that hangs slightly away from your face. It is very easy to breath with this in place. With a hat on your whole face will be covered except around the eyes. This is by far my favorite face mask.The inside needs to be much darker. The weave of the material is too thick, needs ti breathe more. Makes my glasses fog up. Great camo color on the outside. Love a half mask as it works and is very easy to adjust.A bit short if you have a long neck and want to cover your nose.If you are looking for somewhat of a tighter fitting, face conforming mask, this is the one for you. I didnt realize it would be as form fitting. If you are using for turkey hunting and use mouth calls, and are calling to a bird in full view, trying to coax the last few yards for a shot, it may very well pick up your jaw movements as you call. If you have your gun to your shoulder it may hide your mouth motion better. If you are calling the bird for someone else, hide your face. And, I am also unsure why they put a big, bright red Mossy Oak logo on the mask's front area. They have used black before on other items. Safety first. Never wear bright red, blue or white on your Turkey camo. I have communicated with Mossy Oak in the past, and their customer service is responsive to questions and concerns. The pattern is extremely detailed and great blend of spring and early fall colors. Inside of mask is white. Why? It has a perforated mouth area but still somewhat tight around mouth and nose when breathing. I opted for and then bought their more tradtional mask with tie strap in back that allows the mask to hang off nose and away from face, great camo pattern, and calling ability unhampered. I can stick this other one in the vest as a back up.Thin and lightweight. I hate wearing facemask but this was perfect for my 70°-80° turkey hunting days. Very happyI really love this mask. What sets it apart from all of the others out there is the mesh front, and the stitching. Becausw of where the stitching is on the chin, this mask doesn't slip. Meaning you don't have to adjust when aiming at a buck or Tom. The mesh front is very breathable as well, very comfortable. I was worried at first, this is because I'm 6' 2, 250 pounds, and have got the head to match. And it still fits me fine. Overall 10/10!!!This mask is a little tight. I don’t understand WHY they the inside of the mask white, not good for Turkey hunting. I left in the backpack.It could be made longer. Overall not a bad product.
