I knew this would shrink, so I purchased a couple of sizes up. After 1 wash and and tumble dry on low heat, it shrank about a size and a half. So, I purchased a 4X, and it ended up being a roomy 2X. Good pattern, nice thick shirt, comparable to a Gildan Heavyweight. It is not soft and breathable, which I like. No print on the inner side. Collar and hem held up nicely in the wash with no wrinkles. Took a little over a week to arrive. Good value, but buy a size or 2 up!
