I ordered this jacket as a gift for my wife who always wears a size large. When the jacket arrived, it was a little bit too small. So, in order to minimize the delay in making the exchange, I bought a new one and returned the one that was too small. I shipped the jacket back in a box which was superior to the bag I received it in, so I know it was not damaged. Without any explanation,, the company shorted my refund by $6. The jacket was of excellent quality, but I won't do business with this company again because of their business practices.
