If the harness does not fit in the neck area, you can adjust it with the Velcro fastener. There are two ways to do this: First, adjust the Velcro closure setting from semi-overlapping to semi-closed. In addition, you can regulate the width of the neck by positioning the Velcro. If you form a triangle to the front with the Velcro from the dog's point of view, the harness will be wider around the neck. On the other hand, if you form a triangle towards the dog's back, the harness will be narrower around the neck.
